South Dakota's Oil and Gas Map-Based Data Source

The South Dakota Oil and Gas Map-Based Data Source is an interactive map that allows viewing and downloading of information. The map-based data source is still under development. However, it is now available to provide as much access as possible to the state-held information pertinent to the exploration and development of South Dakota's oil and gas resources.

Base maps – Street, aerial, terrain, and topographic base maps are provided by ESRI's online mapping service and are readily changeable.

Data layers presently contained in the oil and gas map-based data source are as follows.
